Initial consultation and contract draft
First, we will clarify all the conditions. What exactly should be the subject of the transaction, when and under what circumstances the money will be released. We will prepare a draft escrow agreement.

Signing the contract and identifying the parties
We sign in person or with the use of a power of attorney. We always carry out mandatory identification of the parties according to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML). In the case of foreign clients, we can arrange for the collection of identification.

Accepting money for safekeeping
The buyer transfers the amount to a special account set up exclusively for this specific escrow. Upon receipt, we immediately send a confirmation and bank statement.

Release of money after meeting conditions
Once it is documented that the agreed conditions have been met (e.g. registration in the land register, signatures, etc.), we release the money to the seller. Usually the same day.
