How much does it cost to record a change to an EU trade mark?

CZK 7,490 incl. VAT for 1 EU trade mark, excl. EUIPO official fees. Each additional trade mark in the same change costs CZK 1,500. This applies to changes to the owner's details, transfers of ownership and limitations of the list. The price for representation is final and includes a legal risk check of the proposed change and confirmation in PDF.

What if the EUIPO rejects the change?

If the EUIPO rejects the change because of our error, we will refund 100% of the price.
